How to Make Doggy Apple and Peanut Butter Pupcakes

- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 ½ teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ⅓ cup dog safe peanut butter, creamy
- ¼ cup unsweetened applesauce
- ¾ cup of plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ¾ cup apple, chopped
Frosting Ingredients:
- ¼ cup plain Geek yogurt
- ½ cup tapioca starch
- 2-3 teaspoons low fat milk
Supplies Needed:
- Mixer
- Mixing spoons
- Cupcake Pan
- Cupcake liners
- Large and small mixing bowls
Directions:
Cupcake Directions:
- Preheat Oven to 350° degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line your cupcake muffin pan with cupcake liners or spray your pan to avoid cupcakes from sticking.
- In a large bowl or mixer, add the flour, baking powder, eggs, yogurt and applesauce. Mix with a beater until well mixed.
- To your mixer bowl add the peanut butter, cinnamon, honey and chopped apple. MIx.
