Plus, any dog treat using a leftover ripe banana is a terrific way to not have to waste those overly ripe brown bananas.
How to Make Oatmeal and Banana Pupcakes
Ingredients
- Banana
- Peanut Butter
- Greek Yogurt
- Oat flour
- Greek Yogurt
- Applesauce, unsweetened
- Water
Supplies Needed
- Mixing Bowl
- Cutting board
- Molds for individual cakes
- Food Processor
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375° Fahrenheit. Set aside your silicone molds. If using a metal mold, butter and flour your mold.
We begin by using a food processor to mix all the ingredients together.
Cut your banana and add it to the food processor along with peanut butter and applesauce.
Add the oat flour and mix. Move your mixture to a mixing bowl to make stirring easier.
Stir in the yogurt and mix by hand.
Add water, if you need to make a loose consistency in order to smuch it into the silicone molds.
Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool and pop out of the molds.
