- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 ¼ teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 Egg
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300° Degrees Fahrenheit.
- Grease cookie sheet or line with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a medium bowl, mix flour and cinnamon. In a separate bowl, mix liquid
ingredients. - Add dry ingredients into liquid ingredients. Mix well.
- Roll out dough to ¼ inch thickness and cut into desired shape.
- Place on prepared pan and bake for 10-12 minutes or until lightly brown.
